Click & Drop is built and run by StoreFeeder

Click & Drop is built and run by StoreFeeder, a UK software company based in Nottingham and part of Royal Mail Group. StoreFeeder designed Click & Drop with Royal Mail and has developed and run it since it launched in 2015.

Who StoreFeeder are

StoreFeeder was founded in 2012 and makes warehouse management, order management and multichannel inventory software for UK eCommerce businesses. More than 400 retailers use its warehouse management software to run picking, packing and despatch, and its order management system to bring orders from marketplaces and online stores into one place.

The same team develops, hosts and supports both StoreFeeder and Click & Drop, so Click & Drop benefits from the same engineering, security and support practices as StoreFeeder’s own platform.

How Click & Drop is built and run

Click & Drop is developed in the UK and hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe. It is maintained by StoreFeeder’s in-house team, which also builds and looks after its integrations with marketplaces and online stores.
