Our new Send an item service will replace the current Click & Drop Quick Payment service on 28th July

We've been busy developing a new and improved way for you to buy your postage online. Our new Send an item service has had a positive response from customers, so we are encouraging everyone who enjoys using our current Quick Payment service to use Send an item instead.

Send an item offers the same great features that you're used to as well as allowing you to pay for multiple items at once, and to pay with your debit or credit card rather than PayPal if you prefer. This service is perfect for sending a one off or a handful of items.

This change will not affect our separate Click & Drop service in any way, which continues to serve as our primary shipping solution for regular online sellers.

Due to the current coronavirus situation, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day for items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters. For all our signature services, we’re no longer asking the recipient’s to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.
